Less rushing, more being
Happy new week beautiful humans
Let this weeks mindset be around slowing. If you find yourself as I do saying “man where did May go?!” Or “how is it already June 5???”, let this be your reminder to pause, be, and switch from a constant mode of rushing to being present. I think for me personally, it happens on a Monday. I get in a mindset for the week which involves viewing schedules, to do lists, and really allocating each day to what “needs to be done” instead of opportunities to enjoy, experience and grow. So this Monday, let’s switch this. Let’s be less married to what each hour represents in a “to do list” type of way and more present to what we feel in this very moment, what we see, build in moments of joy into the work day like a mood boosting playlist or 5 min of Breath-work. Time will always pass, it’s what we do with it.
