Even in the most turbulent, chaotic moments we have the opportunity to choose peace. It’s the difference of controlling our thermostat from within rather than getting too hot or too cold from someone changing the thermostat in the room. Everyday we have this beautiful opportunity to internally regulate and reside as a safe space even when the outside space is slightly off :)
