It's all about getting your greens to start your day so try this combo!
Oatmilk
Frozen banana
Fresh pineapple
Good handful of fresh spinach
(I just picked mine from my organic garden š)
Plant-based protein powder (optional)
Chai spice or spice of choice
A tablespoon of soaked chia seeds (opt.)
A few sprigs of mint (I used my fresh chocolate mint)
And always a sprinkling of freshly grated nutmeg on top when serving
