Some days, I didn’t prep, and it’s a grab&go style day. I always grab as balanced of snacks as I can, even if they are boring and simple because one thing I have learned is it is ALWAYS needed on the busy days, and I am always in need of the energy boosts from these snacks.

Raw cashews
An apple
Snack Tuna
Leftover roasted chickpeas
