Toxic wellness is a real thing… if you are constantly fearing, worried, confused or feel like you are held as a prisoner to routines that are to “help you”… or scared of an outcome of not doing them… or stressed to even be able to do them… it’s not helping you.
For example, working out to burn calories that were consumed in a space of guilt has a much different intention and energy from working out because you have the opportunity to move your body and feel good doing so.
Social media wellness can make you feel like you are constantly not doing enough, investing enough into your health or fearing what could be in this scary world of everything trying to rob our health. The reality is YOU will know what is best when you do the inner work of reconnecting you to you… f*ck the noise
