Sometimes we tie too many parameters to our movement, to the point it isn’t realistic to the fit in our busy day… the simple facts are these
1. Any movement is better than no movement
2. Your cardiovascular system (heart, overall blood flow, lungs) does not know the difference between climbing your house stair case 10 times and climbing a mountain… only your brain does.
3. Movement is healing. So even if you don’t feel your best, it can help… be gentle be graceful and move.
