Reflect on why fitness is in your life. If it is out of fear of “gaining weight” or punishment of your past decisions/situations… it’s in your life as a form of negative motivation. Meaning it isn’t showing up as the gift that movement is. It is is comparable energy to a chore, slap on the wrist, late fee on a bill. Yuck. This is both harsh on your nervous system and not sustainable. Let’s switch some narratives… you are your body deserve it.
