Full transparency I didn’t get in my gallon yesterday and I didn’t get full 7-8 of sleep. So I decided to start my day with my 10, and set the tone for today to achieve the checks. Already just Day 4, I am starting to see the pattern of my days where these things are harder to do, and it all starts with my mornings. Am I rushing? Am I rested? Am I thinking about my day, already subconsciously telling myself I don’t even have time to drink proper water. Kinda sounds ridiculous sitting here being still. Set the tone from the top.
