Our Why
If the things you consume or consider in the world of “wellness” advice, routines, programs, diets or supplements creates a paradigm of fear, they aren’t wellness in nature…they are toxic.
Every second you come onto social media, there’s a new fear. A new trend. A new, faster way to get aesthetic results. A new guru. A new extreme biohacking method.
Recently I’ve noticed this trend of “wellness experts” using their space to “debunk” others. A sea of passive aggressive jabs at others just to seem “more correct”, which indeed helps absolutely no one.
One day your tea bags are killing you, even though you started drinking ginger tea because you heard from somewhere else that you should have ginger tea every morning. Don’t forget the workout clothes you are wearing now also may be harmful to you even though you just bought a bunch of new cute fits to wear to the gym because it motivates you to look good…
There’s so much confusion because to be fully honest here… it’s easier to sell clarity in chaos.
And at the end of the day, if everything you are attempting to do for your wellness is creating confusion, chaos and stress in your life. It is counteractive.
This is why I created The Transformation Club
We are a community where we don’t believe in confusion, fear mongering or selling unrealistic dreams. We believe in three main things
1. A REAL sense of community that functions in support, accountability and learning from each other (not comparison, judgment or filtered realities)
2. Education that is contains self application… aka book smarts becoming street smarts. We also take with great importance education free of biases. No narrative pushing or information tailoring to have a monetized end goal.
3. YOU being treated as a WHOLE you. Wellness is so interconnected and never isolated. We look at the bigger picture …. Because end of the day… the whole universe is within you.
