A healthy take on French Toast
Super easy to make!
In a bowl whisk together:
- unsweetened almond milk
- eggs
- cinnamon
- vanilla extract
Dip sourdough bread in it (let it soak for a bit)
Fry in a pan with a little avo oil spray
The top is:
A raspberry/blackberry reduction
- in a saucepan on low cook the berries with a drizzle of maple syrup
The “whip” is a can of coconut cream that you leave in the fridge over night.
Carefully open it and scoop the “solids”
Add a drizzle of maple syrup and cinnamon and whip!
