I know that this is odd but I am finding that water intake is trickier when I am inside, so, that will be my upcoming challenge when the weather will not allow outside timeš
Good news is that I am gradually increasing my walking distance. That is huge to heal my muscles. Movement is key for ALL bodily functions, mentally and physically!
