Being a victim in your body means taking the passenger seat and letting fear, pain, trauma, anxiety, worry, shame, guilt, stress and all other low vibrational feeling/emotions/energies take the pilot’s position.
YOU ARE THE PILOT. I repeat, you get to steer this machine. You get to live in a beautiful symbiotic relationship with your body. You get to decide the direction. You can wake up and decide that you will not be led by those things and instead take control and go in the direction presented by healing, love, inner peace, joy, fulfillment, happiness.
