Step 2 is taking out goals and mapping out an ACTION PLAN!
This is taking the destination (goals) that we set, and building the route to take. The action items are to be built over the next three months. This means starting with the tasks that seem doable and fit for right now, then building off those for the following two months. The key part about building an Action Plan is that it is realistic. If your goal is to run a 5km and you currently have plantar fascitis, it is not realistic to put running 20 minutes a day as your first month action plan. Instead, putting to go to massage therapy or icing every night and doing corrective foot work is a great action plan to start with.

There is one sheet you can repeat print/use for all your goals.
