I love that mental health walks became a thing during the pandemic.. because whoa baby there is nothing like a walk in nature to clear the mind.
I now want to extend that to just plain health walks.
The power of walking daily is so undervalued.
We take our two feet and stride forward for granted. We are given an entire gym in our body…. All the other stuff in actual gyms are fun accessories. Uncomplicated all. Walk. After that run. Sometimes mix in both. Use your body. It’s here for you but you gotta be here for it. If
