I haven’t worked out in like 3 weeks 😫🤦🏾♀️ so for February I’m challenging myself to do something everyday for at least 20mins. Seeing y’all’s posts have inspired me to get back to it!
I hadn't worked out since last spring. I'm doing it...I know you can too. There is no shame in modifying intensity or decreasing duration...just do what you can. Fill your head with "I can and will di its"
