In the past month I’ve ran the same 7 mile hill workout 3 times.
1st - 75 minutes
2nd - 65 minutes
3rd - 60 minutes
My favorite part about training is getting to see my progress. But that takes time. So each workout I set out to do what feels comfortable, be productive, and above all enjoy myself. After a month of productive enjoyment, looks like I’m on the right track.
