This month we have such a special opportunity - April 1st on a Monday!
For the next 30 days we are going to run the Cumulative Effect Challenge!
Cumulative Effect means the small stuff adds up overtime. This can go both ways - the habits that follow a downward cycle and those that lift us up! We are going to flex our cumulative effect muscle for the positive. It is such a great way to tackle parts of this journey that can feel overwhelming and make it realistic and effective through the small daily habits.
