Creamy steel cuts oats+
Cook steel cut oats with a little extra water. Cook until oats has totally "expanded", there should still be some liquid. Add frozen blueberries. Heat until berries are thawed. Remove from heat. Add your favourite nut butter and/or protein powder (heaping T. each). That extra liquid gets absorbed when adding nut butter/protein powder.
Additional toppings:
Raw pumpkin seeds (green!!!)
Hemp seeds
Raw sunflower seeds
Or anything else that can add extra protein/nutrients
No sugar!!!!
