So I struggle with eating breakfast, often feel sick most mornings and eat late. I used to juts drink coffee and go. BUT I’m trying to get some nutrients in my body before I go for a full day of teaching fitness classes, and dance classes (newly a PT. So learning still everyday) I’ve been tracking my macros on a new app I’m trying called Lifesum (anyone ever tried it? Reviews welcome) and I’m learning that when I THINK I’ve eaten enough for that day of full movement… I’m still thousands of calories below what my body needs. - Insight welcome on this.. because I struggle and don’t think it’s possible for me to eat that much sometimes.
So I’m starting today with Matcha (already drank) a shilajit mineral plant protein powder drink with some flax seed oil, two bananas and of course water.
