@jarjam1 well I’m learning!! I find food is the thing I know the least about. Which is why I thought.. well maybe I should start tracking my macros just to see and experiment if it would work for me. So I appreciate your insight on it. I’m also a vegetarian who has become allergic to nuts :( … still trying to figure it out but I suddenly started having anaphylactic episodes .. and the only common thing was tree nuts. I can eat peanut butter tho! And pistachios… but I’ve been nervous around anything else. I used to eat almonds daily and had to cut that out of my diet as well. I can eat seeds and try to as much as possible.
Thanks for the tip about matcha… it has replaced coffee for me because that was starting to make me a little sick in the mornings. Didn’t know about bananas binding you up! Good to know.
