Missed 2 days from the guide BUT was still moving heavily 3+hrs of dance training on those missed days. ✨ Back on track today with leg day.
Big question…. Burnout and when to decide … okay I’ve done a lot of physical activity today.. should I rest or still get the workout in from a specific fitness plan. Should I still maintain my specific daily gains plans… or should I just start the next day….
I always used to still do my workouts even after dancing all day and I know it probably led to my injuries and burnout… OR was I simply just not eating enough and giving my body what it needed to sustain my activity level. I’d like to know people’s thoughts! (I’m a little intense when I’m in the zone with a goal in mind and I don’t know if it’s a good thing haha)
