Thanks Emily! I’m really trying this time around to just let myself rest if I need it and not push myself over and too far above. Yes I have goals and I’m going to push for them… but I think I’m realizing when I’m close to being burnt out, stepping back and relaxing. Scheduling monthly hot and cold plunges with my friends, and stretching and walking as much as possible. Sleep is challenging… I need a lot of sleep and I get broken sleep more nights than a solid amount. But it’s getting better as my kids get older :)
