A small food for thought if you will:
Out of all the decisions you have made so far today
1. How many were out of survival
2. How many pulled you out of alignment
3. How many were due to dopamine-seeking, cause you needed that hit
4. How many were doing what you think you should do/others do, but you aren't entirely sure if you do it for you
Now what have you done or have planned to restore your state of being? To bring you back into alignment with self (ps this doesn't simply mean a candle lit bubble bath or meditation, thee practices or methods look different for everyone....some people need to run into the forest and scream, and I love that for you).
