It’s super simple just hit the events tab in the menu and click RSVP to the Move with Em event for tomorrow 8:15 am PST. It is a mobility meets functional strength 45 min workout. If you can’t make it make sure you still RSVP because then you can access the playback at any time to do it! And don’t worry you aren’t on camera! Just I am!
