Okay, so it absolutely does not sound as exciting as Shark Week does it? Well - we are talking stress all week. Not to make you more stressed - you help you understand and create healthy mechanisms and routines to decrease the negative effects that stress has on your mind, body and being.
Considering there is SOOO much to currently feel stressed about in society/the world, and I am sure every time you open social media or see the news you feel the surge of stress throughout your body.
So, consider this week your school of not letting hard knocks gets you down. Because the reality is, there will always be something to be stressed about. How you deal is what matters most.
