After a virus for almost week, my focus was on recovery, quality sleep and getting nourishment back into my body. Energy levels should always be your true north for how much rest and recovery you need. Once my energy levels got back up I introduced movement with a walk for blood flow. Moral of the story, give yourself rest nutrients and use movement for blood flow not to push your body to physical limits. You have so many tools for healing in what you eat, gentle movement and sleep. Listen to your body :)
