Your well•being practices should show up in your life as moments of connection to yourself.
This challenge is all about finding your daily rituals that work for you and building these routines.
We are taking things all the way back to simple & basic essentials... what we call The Human Essentials.
This isn’t about biohacking or a social media trend, it is about consistently doing what caters to your greatest well•being.
The Goal: add a daily ritual from each of our four human essential categories
Each week will be one ritual added.
We will offer suggestion practices but encourage you to find your own rituals that work for YOU.
There is a daily ritual journal and an overall ritual tracker provided which you can print out or screenshot and work with on your phone/computer.

How to be a participant:
- Every post you share in the Challenge Group in regards to this challenge is a point. Limit is 2 posts/day.
- Every comment on someone else’s Challenge Group post is a point. Limit 1 per post.
- Every like of someone’s post in the Challenge Group is a half a point.
