There can be a delay between mind to body or body to mind. You may decrease your mental stress, but feel like your body still is under stress or hasn't responded. You may do all the workouts and eating clean but feel like you still aren't comfortable in your body. These delays can be great data for disconnects. Sometimes our body and mind need time, or they need a different approach. As simple as it can be, we are also very complicated. Use these gaps as a sign to stay observant and curious, not to get defeated and shut down.
