I used Korean chilli flakes (gochugaru) in the butter for the grilled corn
Added my kimchi sauerkraut with my grilled plant-based sausage wrapped in a protein tortilla (total protein: 32g)
Korean melon salad with perilla and radicchio, all grown in my garden (organic)
The salad is a great way to use melon and the perilla can be substituted with mint. You can make any oil and vinegar dressing but it is tasty with a little dash of sesame oil, Dijon mustard, raw honey, and miso paste. Delish!
