My daily ritual is going to be to eat earlier in the evening to allow my body time for digestion and to have a post meal herbal tea for digestion. What is yours?
@EmilyMeisner always a challenge to get that last meal in earlier. I like having some sort of sweet citrus after the last meal to help the "sweet" craving and it finishes off the meal with a staisfying feeling in my tummy 😊
