I've been making some hydration rituals to help increase my daily water intake:
1. I wake up and finish an entire mason jar (32 oz) before anything. - this honestly has been a game changer (before coffee, before anything) - I start my day feeling full on energy just from this. AND awake
2. Late morning I do electrolytes (I do this on the days I'm going to be working out) - make sure electrolytes are right for you before implementing. I like it because its like fancy water - adds some excitement haha (I use LMNT)
3. In the afternoon I do a fizzy water (using Soda Stream - make myself and add lemon or tart cherry) - make sure you don't over consume fizzy water (some research shows it can wear enamel and increase acidity) - also watch for fizzy water product - some contain sugar
4. Evening is an herbal tea. After I finish a cup I add another wrong of water to the same tea bag so its two mugs total
