You don't have to do it all or solve it all. Perhaps areas you haven't yet accessed to your well-being, are not by searching, solving, doing, or achieving....but by being. Allow for the space in-between everything you think you have to do in your daily life. Allow for gaps in your schedule of nothing. Add blocks in your schedule for exactly that. We weren't designed for 12 hours of productivity and doing. You know despite what you feel when you get bills in the mail, life is more than that hamster wheel. A whole lot more. Your body needs that more.
