So simple and so nutritious! Get some organic seeds and all you need is a large mason jar. I have a 4 tray sprouter but it is not necessary. Just rinse a few times a day and drain well. It only takes 4-5 days to grow. Seeds are not cheap but a little bit goes a long way!
