There’s a heck of a lot not in our control, but then there are really impactful things that are… and that is the ability to shift things into a better alignment for yourself at any point.
Our external and internal worlds are directly impacted by one another. Feel low energy and like the day is just blah - shift the environment, go outside for a walk. Feel groggy and stuck? Move your body and nourish it with both the nutrients and thoughts you are choosing.
The goal isn’t to control everything to achieve some sort of perfection that doesn’t exist - it’s to realize that YOU need to be at your best.
