Your Body Follows Your Belief
Your Body Follows Your Belief
Changes of awareness can honestly make such a huge shift in your healing and transformation journey. It seems so simple, just change the vantage point and the entire view becomes different. However, one of the hardest things to become aware of and shift are the “non-tangibles". It requires observation of self, which requires slowing down, and allowing yourself to witness your patterns without judging them.
Some helpful questions when doing this:
➡️ What am I letting into my scope? Meaning what lens are you viewing things from?
- a great example here is, if you think about a yellow car you then start to actually see yellow cars… you opened your awareness on this to let it into your scope/view point
➡️ What narratives am I telling myself?
- if you believe your sick chances are you will then become hyper aware to that and quite possibility become sick. Or you may not be sick and present the symptoms as though you are.
- you hear of stories of women believing they are pregnant and they don’t get their cycle - psychosomatic is a real thing and the physical can follow the mental directives
➡️ What is the root reason I am in the way of a perspective shift?
- it may be past experiences or fear that fake you out into thinking familiar pain is more comfortable than healing purely because it’s familiar and predictable
- the way to break “predictability” is to allow yourself to be open and expose yourself to small changes… this increases your tolerance window to the “unknown” and quickly builds resilience and trust in self.
Belief is what you chose it to be. And one of the hardest things to do is to believe in something that may not exist in your current reality. But, then again isn’t that the excitement of this beautiful thing called life?
