@EmilyMeisner ok this makes sense! I was thinking of adding a strength day 2 to 3x either before or after my tennis class but they would be at different times not within the same workout
@Genise it can make a difference - mainly on the strength portion…
Warming up is vital before strength but sometimes (energy input and conditioning dependent) we can “burn through” our “ready” energy that we would need for strength work if we do cardio before. So if you plan to do both in one gym session - I would warmup, strength then cardio. If you split up the workouts in the day, then it’s kind of less important if the nutrition (energy needs) matches
