One of the greatest Type A who needs to chill hacks has been everytime I get caught up and hard on myself for having a “not so productive day” - I ask myself.. “am I flowing?”
My goal now is flow not rigid structures and standards. When I flow I actually get exactly where I need to when I need to. And that’s productive af without it costing me the extra cortisol.
