[SUB•CLUB] Groups
Sub•Clubs are our small clubs that exist within The Transformation Club. The fun part about our Well•Being journey is that they are embedded with hobbies and cultivating social experiences with like-minded others.
Some Sub•Clubs are Free, some included with Premium, some have a separate membership & we are constantly adding more - explore each below:
*some of these groups have yet to launch but are coming soon!!
THE BOOK CLUB
[SHARING]
We log off and open a book in this club. If reading is a hobby you love and/or want to do more of, what better way than to read with others. We will have a bi-monthly book and also share other recommendations in this club. Please use this group for open discussion.
THE GARDEN CLUB
[SHARING]
One of the most original and impactful things we can do for our Well•Being is connect with Mother Earth. Gardening is both a spiritual experience and a well•being ritual that connects us and gives back to us. Growing your own food is possible, even on a balcony. Learn how to start your gardening journey here! Organic Gardening experts of 40+ years are our Guides in this Club!
THE WORK•WELL CLUB
[SHARING]
On average we spend 1/3 of our lives working... for some people work becomes their identity, work becomes greater than them... work can consume them (trust us, we've been there). The reality is, yes, we need to work... but at what cost to our well-being? Is this a balance you struggle with? How to do your 9-5 and also the 10 step morning routine for your health? What if we told you, you CAN balance it... you can form healthy boundaries and start to reclaim your identity and have work show up in a positive (not draining) way in your life. Our Human Design Expert Keolani is one of our Guides in this Club helping you learn your design and what would be the best alignment in the realm of the work you do and how you do it.
THE WELL•TRAVELED CLUB
[SHARING]
Traveling is such a rewarding experience, rich with serotonin, dopamine and memories. Most often, when we travel we have a great time but then succumb to the post vacation or post work-trip fall-off. The vicious cycle of getting off our routines, then struggling to find them once again. The hamster wheel within the hamster wheel. Your well-being practices and routines do not need to be built in a way that they are ONLY successful under very specific and conditional terms... travel CAN include them. They can be adaptable and you can find the joy in the new experiences with them during travel. If you like to travel and value your well-being practices, then this Club is for you.
THE RUN CLUB
[SHARING]
Are you a runner or want to become one? Get those shoes laced up, and join the club... we have some miles to share.
THE GIRLS CLUB
[SHARING]
Did you know it up to 1993 women weren't required to be included in clinical trials in the US? The gap in the world of health and wellness for women is huge, but optimistically closing with passionate and vital leaders in the greater female collective. This group is everything and all that it means to learn and embrace the power of your body, your energy body and your place in this world.
