I am sure you've seen my name pop up a million times of this app thus far, but I wanted to kick off this Connection Corner group by officially introducing myself, not as the creator of the community, but as a member. I am originally from NS, Canada, and currently live in Los Angeles. I am a mid thirties millennial warrior (throw your hands up my fellow millennials), who has had quite the health and wellness journey, hence my passion and creating this space! I love helping others, and seeing people learn themselves and love themselves really lights me up. I have an adorable 5 month old adopted kitten named Azul who has pretty much become my fur baby and part of my healing. He brings me so much joy on the daily and reminds me to slow down and be present because, well, he is just so darn adorable. I also have a strong passion about nature. Including my organic garden and my annual work to support the Monarch Butterfly population. So far this season my fiancé (Dré) and I have release 28 butterflies, which is such a rewarding and magical feeling. So, if you are interested in learning more on how to support the Monarchs, I would be happy to share. My other hobbies include making random Spotify playlists, hiking, reading, and playing Catan (even though Dré beats me every time). I hope to connect with you all and learn your stories <3
