Who’s up for a challenge?
I’m personally developing a “challenge” to get myself into a more aligned state and schedule according to my Circadian Rhythm and it made me think - perhaps others would want to join me? Would anyone be interested in doing it with me this September?
Focused on:
Realigning Sleep schedule by looking at morning and evening practices
Time management and allocating parts of the day for productive energy and other parts for movement and other parts for rest and restoration
Eating - the timing and allocating what types of foods best suited for certain times in the day
Sunlight and outdoor/nature time - developing practices that involve it
For those who menstruate - aligning cycles with this rhythm
I’m exploring natural rhythms that exist that can be used to help align our own. The balance of how to be balanced in a modern world with built in ancient wisdom.
