Creating daily practices
Do all the practices you see on social media overwhelm you? A creator posts their 18 step morning routine they do all before 9 am. Or spend the entire day alternating between saunas and ice dunks. A lot of what we see here isn’t realistic and the whole point of a well•being practice is for it to flow in your life — not to stress you out more.
I use the three “S” strategies for my own practices and to help clients develop their own daily practices.
It doesn’t have to be hard or a large change to have an overall positive influence on your well•being.
