đđđŠšđ§Ź You can always be sold something you think you donât have and need. Read that again.
Your healing âapproachâ and experience will dramatically change with this subtle and powerful shift âŹď¸âŹď¸âŹď¸âŹď¸
Trying to heal while in a mindset of lacking something, needing something, and being âbrokenâ, will in the end become a chasing the carrot journey đĽ running in circles. You are constantly externally delegating and resourcing instead of understanding and knowing. And that will keep the vicious cycle going until your pockets run dry.
I get it, our body and health can feel overwhelming complicated especially when youâre living in it - and there are experts that we trust, see and appreciate for many reasons. But, if you are only operating in this space of external delegation, it tends to stem from and perpetuate a cycle of fear. Needing this thing you donât have. If you donât have it, you may regress or never heal?! This month your budget is tight but you HAVE to have _____ or else you may get worse. This sound familiar?
Even in a space of transformation, this reigns true. If you HAVE to see your trainer or else you canât or wonât workout, then you have formed a codependency versus a tool for growth. Now, as a former trainer for 15 years, again, trainers very much do have their place of importance. But, if you are not learning your body and gaining the most important strength which is your âknowledge of selfâ muscle, you are chasing the carrot my friend.
EVERY journey (whether healing chronic pain, condition, gaining muscle, losing body fat etc), needs to begin with the foundation of what you DO have.
âşď¸ Wholeness is the foundation. You are not in need of fixing, you donât lack. You are whole, with perhaps some of your pieces out of place. Or some of your parts needing support to fit tightly together. But you are never lacking yourself. And you, are intelligently designed to heal, thrive and navigate the ebbs and flows.
