@ithandi I hear ya! I am still trying to get food into me before 10am! Be careful with matcha, it can be an irritant when you are already struggling with nausea. A good sourdough bread with nut butter can give you some energy nutrients in the morning and try citrus. Be careful with eating 2 bananas, they "bind" you up! š. Not a big fan of tracking macro tracking, just keep your veggies flowimg and always a good source of protein. You need to keep your nutrient intake accessible because of your busy schedule as you already know. Protein shake will get you started but have nuts/seeds, nut butters, rice cakes, cut up veggies and hummus, anything that you can prep to take with you to snack on every 3 hrs. Protein is key! You probably know all of this. š„°
