25 minutes on elliptical- have doubled my "baby level" resistance and upped inclined 10%. Felt good. Ok no laughing ...i dug out my old WII and I'm using it to learn yoga and work on my balance. 🤔Any port in the storm right😊?
25 minutes of balance work plus core and some stretches. Then a hike to Parker's Cove and back. -8C and very strong north wind but we did it 11,000 brisk steps. Needed a hot shower to warm back up.
Yesterday started core and lower body strengthening with resistance bands. Only 20 reps of each one but it is a start. I'd rather start lowish and not be crippled the next day. Brisk walking with my fur buddy Hope everyday. Feeling positive.
Another day with 25 minutes on elliptical. Even increased resistance today. Still modifying for my wrist. Shoulders doing great. Not sure why the wrist is so sore.... woke last week with ulnar side pain, worse with flexing or side to side movement....
Today was second day to complete 25 min on elliptical. Modified arms a bit to protect my shoulders and wrist. This afternoon took Hope on a very brisk one hour hike ... beautiful day- sunny and plus 5.
