@ithandi hi I'm pretty new here too. Welcome. I too lost over a year to injury....but ive never been a runner or team member. For awhile just lost my ability to use my shoulders to any extent. But thanks to a great physio they are now "unfrozen". Back to gardening and hiking and core building. Just "being able to" is huge.
