I made a huge habit tracker so that I could visually see my progress. I fell off towards the end of the month, but I did better than not doing anything 💪🏾

juice with these types of foods with hydration can absolutely be supportive. Always try one thing and see how your body responds before changing/adding more
Hi! I will happily share more about the concept of detoxing - social media absolutely ran that world through the mud and it lost a lot of meaning and proper context with our body and the actual physiology behind it. Essentially - we detoxify every day, our liver being that main agent involved and our other emunctory organs (kidneys, bowels etc) are key players on the elimination of these things. We can support these systems to have more efficient and effective detoxification, so the premise of a tea or juice detox really isn't the case as much as consistent support. Some really beneficial nutrients you can add to support are things like lemon, ginger, bitters such as arugula, artichoke, radish, both soluble and insoluble fiber sources, and proper hydration. The best way to approach it is supporting your daily bowel movements. It definitely is not as trendy to post on social media so I get why juices went viral and not talking about poop :)
Had some energy today lol. Did 10mins on stairs, 18min rower intervals(1min on 30sec rest) & 10min running intervals (1min run @5-5.5mph and 1min rest)
