I made a huge habit tracker so that I could visually see my progress. I fell off towards the end of the month, but I did better than not doing anything 💪🏾
Today did a little tennis & ran 3 laps at the park!! So proud cause running outside was never my thing. A few days ago I was able to find a park with the practice tennis wall which was a great workout
I've been making better food choices! Really working on learning to cook new recipes. Last night I edamame pasta. I opted for a healthy Disneyland option (everything they have has so much sugar lol) & made my own taco bowls too.
Had some energy today lol. Did 10mins on stairs, 18min rower intervals(1min on 30sec rest) & 10min running intervals (1min run @5-5.5mph and 1min rest)
Started a Pilates class at school & I think this is my new thing lol. I like the targeted focus & I think this time around I'm more aware of my low back. This & tennis when I can get back on the court I think will be a great duo
Still going strong with Tennis. Monday I did a double header & hit a line dance class at night 🥴😅. Paid for it the next day. Trying to find my connection to my body again with working out.
